Each year Annerley Junction Fest brings you amazing local musicians that are carefully chosen to ensure the festival’s atmosphere is perfect for a great day out.

We are proud to announce the amazing performances that you will experience at the 2023 festival on October 14.

Sellma Soul

Since blowing the judges away on The Voice Australia, Sellma Soul has risen to be one of the most important performers in Australia.
Sellma hosted the Fashion Parade for Annerley Junction Fest in 2022 and was definately a crowd favourite.
We are lucky to have them back for another amazing year of fun and fashion.

You can check out the amazing talents of Sellma Soul throughout the Festival.

Carnival Republic

Can you hear it?…

Drums beating from afar, exciting your ossicular, and the clang and clamor of metal. But look! It’s on bikes and leading the Annerley Junction Fest Parade!

From a time where the age of car has since passed and bicycles reign supreme, Carnival Republic are here to captivate this year’s festival precinct with MU-CYCLE WONDERMENT!

We make our rigs with discarded bicycle frames & unwanted junk, bringing abandoned and unloved bikes a new life! Thunderous and wonderous, Carnival Republic is creativity on the move…

Pigs might not fly, but they can certainly roll! – Our WILD-RIDE workshop brought Annerley’s wild imagination to life and now you get to experience Carnival Republic.

Pandora’s Karavan

Local band Pandora’s Karavan will be one of the headliners at Junction Fest celebrating Annerley in song!

Rhinestone cowperson Pandora and her merry band of players will bring on a heapin’ helpin’ of alt-country, Texmex, ‘south-of-the-river’, tongue-in cheek revelry! Yee-har (as it were)!

Pandora’s Karavan will mosey you through a delightful anthology of rustic, retro renditions with her searing vocals, Spanish guitar and suitably daggy japes.

The line-up will feature virtuoso Roland Adeney (Qld Symphony Orchestra) on violin, maestro Kym Ambrose (View from Madeleine’s Couch, Cigány Weaver) on percussion, Mark Sandford (airline pilot!) on bass, and an all-star cast of guest artists, including Peter Barraclough (jazz legend!) on trumpet, Yani (Maudlin & the Tearjerkers) on backing vocals, Jimi Beavis (Holly Rollercoasters, Wicked Messenger) on harmonica, Darryl Finn (Hinterlanders) on lap-steel and mandolin…and more players to be announced.

A rollicking pastiche of local talent and a jolly good time is promised!

On 7AP

On 7ap is a local wannabe punk band who want to jump up and down and have some fun and will be playing at Annerley Junction Fest.

The band originated from garage jam sessions between guitar player Liam and bass player Sam who quickly roped in piano player Peyo to whack some drums.

Initially, the trio found their feet through house gigs and have just made their debut rocking out at public venues.
